The AWE (the “CES of China”) Edition — Beijing + Shanghai

A 10-day arc ending in Shanghai the day before AWE opens — it starts the Monday 10 days before AWE’s Thursday opening (provisionally March 1–10, 2027; final dates follow the organizer’s announcement). Two days run entirely on the metro — the world’s largest network in Shanghai, one of Earth’s two largest in Beijing — because here the subway is itself the exhibit. Beijing’s corporate and imperial days, the 350 km/h flagship rail, Shanghai’s AI district and supertall. $2,985 land-only · L visa required ($140, we guide you).

The Canton Fair Editions — Pearl River Delta, mainland only

April 20–30 and October 20–30, 2027 — starting in Guangzhou the day after Fair Phase 1 (April 15–19 / October 15–19) closes. XPeng, BYD, Huaqiangbei, EHang, Zhuhai’s space coast. Optional fair add-ons: floor guide/translation days, badge assistance, fair-week hotel blocks. Pricing announced to the waitlist.

The Late-2027 Safari Season (five adjacent legs — chain them for 5–20% off)

Shanghai Week Nov 21–27 — $1,985 · Beijing Week Nov 28–Dec 4 — $1,985 · The SETI & Space Expedition Dec 5–18 — $3,985 · Taiwan Tech Tour Dec 19–23 — $1,985 · rest days Dec 24–26 (hotel help, no tours) · Winter Pearl River Delta Dec 27 – Jan 8, 2028 — $3,985 (two-week tier). Standard duration pricing: $1,985 one week · $2,985 a week and a half · $3,985 two weeks (the SETI & Space Expedition is separately set at $3,985). Adjacent-leg discounts: 2 legs 5%, 3 legs 10%, 4 legs 15%, all five 20%. Minimum 10 travelers per leg. All prices land-only, double occupancy.

Discounts — and the one rule that governs them all

• Enroll early: book 180 or more days before departure for 10% off, or 90+ days for 5% — locked in when you place your deposit.
• Bring friends: 5% off for your first friend, 2.5% more for each additional friend, up to 7 friends.
• Combine adjacent weeks: 2 adjacent weeks 5% · 3 weeks 10% · 4 weeks 15% · 5 or more weeks 20%. Adjacent trips from our sibling brands count toward the chain.
• The cap: discounts stack, but the combined total never exceeds 20%.

One discount policy applies across our family of brands — Technology Safari, Travel Abroadcast, and Study Abroadcast.
